Delivery
We ship worldwide and welcome international buyers. If our system indicates that we cannot deliver to your location please contact us anyway as it may still be possible to arrange shipping for you. Please be aware of your country's policy with regards to import taxes and duties as you shall be responsible for paying these on receipt if applicable.
Delivery Times
Items are dispatched within 48 hours from the date of order with the majority of orders dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value.
Europe: 2 to 4 working days
Rest of World: 5 to 7 working days
Returns & Exchange Policy
Unwanted Items: We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding P&P), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your order with some other items or another colour available, we will be glad to assist you although the postage costs for the second order would have to be paid before dispatch and the original order returned. We will refund your money once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged. If products are received by us in an unsatisfactory condition, they shall be returned to you and a charge made to cover additional postage costs.
International Returns: It is essential that you make a note on the packet's customs note that the product contained within is an item you are returning to us. Failure to do so will mean that we may have to pay customs duty and this will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the item was faulty.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
Normally a standart 20ft container takes about 3 up to 4 weeks for production time, depends on the quantity and the complexity of your order and another 4 - 8 weeks for the seafreight depending on the destination.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We make the effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, If damage is occurred during transportation, please contact us immediately and we will replace it on your next order.
