OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES:
Employees of Indodeco and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. We will disqualify any entries that we believe are generated by scripts and other automated technology. Product can only be shipped within Romania.
All prizes will be awarded. No substitutions including for cash are permitted. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable, Indodeco may substitute a similar prize of equal or greater monetary value. Color, shape, and style may vary.
TO ENTER:
Please fill out the entry form in this post. You are allowed ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Duplicate entries will be discarded. Entries will be accepted through December 23th, 2009. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.
All registrations must include entrant’s valid email address. The email address provided by online entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner. We expressly reserve the right to disqualify any entries that we believe in good faith are generated by an automated program or via scripts. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules.
WINNERS:
Winner selection will be made on or about December 25, 2009, winners will be chosen at random. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. The winners will be notified by email to the address provided in the entry form. The selected Winner will be notified via e-mail & Telephone on December 25, 2009. If the selected winner cannot be reached by e-mail/Phone within three (3) business days of Sponsor’s first attempt to notify such winner, such winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries by random drawing. If prize is damaged in shipping, a replacement will be sent by Indodeco. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Each entry submitted in response to the Holiday Giveaway 2009 and in accordance with the rules will constitute an official entry.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES:
An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Holiday Giveaway 2009 if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these Official Giveaway Rules. Participation in the Holiday Giveaway 2009 is at entrant’s own risk. Indodeco shall not be liable for 1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the contest entry form, 2) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind, 3) any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Holiday Giveaway 2009 4) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Holiday Giveaway 2009 Indodeco does not make any, and hereby disclaim any and all, representations or warranties of any kind regarding any prize.
By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Indodeco directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Holiday Giveaway 2009 will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Indodeco reserves the right to modify these Official Contest Rules in any way or at any time. Indodeco reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Holiday Giveaway 2009 should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Holiday Giveaway 2009. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Indodeco shall promptly post a notice on the Holiday Giveaway 2009 entry page to such effect. |
REGUL CONCURS Giveaway:
Poate participa la Concurs orice persoana fizica care a implinit varsta de 18 ani, domiciliata pe teritoriul Romaniei, exceptie facand angajatii Indodeco precum si rudele de gradul intai ale acestora. Vom descalifica orice intrare despre care credem că este generată de script-uri şi de alte tehnologii automatizate. Produsele pot fi expediate numai în România.
Toate premiile vor fi acordate. Premiile nu pot fi înlocuite cu numerar. În cazul în care un premiu devine indisponibil, Indodeco poate înlocui acest premiu cu unul similar de aceiasi valoare sau cu valoare mai mare. Culoarea, forma, si stilul pot varia.
CA SA PARTICIPATI:
Vă rugăm să completaţi formularul de înscriere din acest post. se poate inscrie la concurs numai o singura data. Intrările duplicat vor fi anulate. Inscrierile se încheie la 23 decembrie 2009. Inscrierile generate de script-ul, macro sau alte mijloace automate vor fi anulate.
Toate înregistrările trebuie să includă o adresa de e-mail valabilă . Adresa de email furnizata reprezinta identitatea participantilor si deci, identitatea castigatorului. În mod expres Ne rezervăm dreptul de a descalifica orice intrări despre care noi credem ca sunt generate de un program automat sau prin script-uri. Prin participare, toate persoanele intrate in concurs sunt de acord să respecte aceste reguli .
CASTIGATORII:
Castigatorul va fi ales prin tragere la sorti pe 25 decembrie 2009. În cazul unui litigiu cu privire la identitatea persoanei care prezintă inscrierea, castigator va fi considerat persoana în al cărei nume este înregistrată adresa de e-mail. Câştigătorul va fi anunţat prin e-mail la adresa furnizată în formularul de inscriere. Castigatorul va fi notificat prin e-mail si telefon pe 25 decembrie, 2009. În cazul în care câştigătorul nu poate fi contactat pe e-mail/telefonic în termen de trei (3) zile lucrătoare, va fi selectat un alt castigator. În cazul în care premiul este deteriorat în timpul transportului, un alt premiu va fi trimis de către Indodeco. Fiecare inscriere la Holiday Giveaway 2009 şi în conformitate cu normele va constitui o inscriere oficiala.
Vă rugăm să aşteptaţi până la 10 zile pentru ca premiultău să fie livrat.
CONDIŢII GENERALE şi comunicate de:
Un concurent sau câştigătorul poate fi descalificat de la Holiday Giveaway 2009 în cazul în care el sau ea nu respecta fiecare dispoziţie din prezentul regulament Jurnalul Holiday Giveaway 2009. Participarea la Holiday Giveaway 2009 este pe riscul operator propriu. Indodeco nu va fi raspunzatoare pentru ca 1) nu a livrat premiul datorita informaţiilor eronate furnizate de către câştigător pe formularul de inscriere in concurs, 2) intrările şi de răspunsuri la notificările câştigătorului, care sunt pierdute, întârziate, incomplete, ilizibile, neinteligibil, timbre-datorate, direcţionate greşit, deteriorate sau altfel nelivrate, în tot sau în parte sau pentru eroare tehnică de orice fel, 3) orice neînţelegeri datorate defectiunilor tehnice sau erori de hardware software-ului de orice fel, pierdute sau conexiuni în reţea indisponibile, incomplete, deformate sau întârziate, care poate limita posibilitatea unui operator de a participa la Holiday Giveaway 2009, 4) orice defectiuni tehnice ale reţelei de telefonie, calculatoare on-line, de sistem, echipamente informatice, software-ul, a defecţiunilor de program sau alte greşeli, calculator de întârziat de conexiunile de reţea, care sunt umane, mecanice sau de natură tehnică, sau orice combinaţie a acestora, inclusiv orice prejudiciu sau deteriorare de calculator, si prin prezenta declină orice garantii de orice fel cu privire la premiu.
Prin înscriere, un concurent este de acord să eliberaţi de orice raspundere, angajaţii şi reprezentanţii Indodeco de la orice dauna, vătămarea, deces, pierderea, care pot să apară de la acceptarea, posesia şi / sau utilizarea premiului sau participarea lor în acest promovare, sau de la orice abuz sau de funcţionarea necorespunzătoare a premiului acordat .
Orice persoană care încearcă sa fraudeze sau sa manipuleze în orice fel acest concurs va fi descalificat şi pot fi urmărite, în măsura legii. Indodeco îşi rezervă dreptul de a modifica acest Regulament în orice fel sau în orice moment. Indodeco îşi rezervă dreptul, la libera lor alegere, de a anula sau suspenda concursul daca apar probleme de securitate sau corupere a postului. În caz de anulare sau suspendare, Indodeco va posta un anunţ cu promptitudine pe pagina de intrare în acest sens. |
